Three winning weeks in a row, two rest days spent, or two sore days in a week is a deload: the targets stay. The block is 3 build weeks, then 1 easier week. A build week with a dead streak or under 3 session days repeats.

A session day is a game day with a walk, pushups or lift. Rest for next week is earned by the week's load: 1 rest day for 3 session days with all three types, or 4 or more with at least two types; 2 rest days for 5 or more with all three types. One type only (walks, pushups or lift), or 0 to 2 session days, earns none. It is never set on the 1st, and unused rest does not carry over.
